Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Stellar, the AI reel generation platform operated by STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD. By creating an account, using the website at scotsolove.com, uploading content, buying credits, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Stellar.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stellar. Users aged 13 to 17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or for any business, organisation, or client you represent.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and keep that information updated. You may maintain one account per person unless we approve a separate business or agency workflow. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, API access if provided, billing portal access, and devices used to access Stellar.
You must notify us immediately at support@scotsolove.com if you suspect unauthorised access, credential compromise, or any activity you did not approve. We may require additional verification before restoring access or making account changes.
Subscriptions and Credits
Stellar offers subscription plans and optional credit packs. Credits are used to measure service usage, such as generating reels, previews, and related outputs. Credit balances and plan details shown in the product are estimates until confirmed by our billing and usage systems.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Credits are a service-usage allocation only. They are not currency, stored value, redeemable for cash, transferable, or a prepaid wallet regulated as e-money.
- Monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next period.
- Purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Credits are forfeited when your account closes.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through /app/billing or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time. Your paid access continues through the end of the period already paid for, subject to these Terms and our policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at scotsolove.com/acceptable-use. Key obligations include no fake reviews, no fabricated dining visits, no misleading food-safety claims, no impersonation, no unlawful uploads, and no misuse of third-party intellectual property. We may remove content, limit usage, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the policy has been breached.
User Content and Licence
Your uploads remain your intellectual property. You grant Stellar a limited licence to receive, store, process, transform, and display your uploads only as needed to provide the service, generate requested outputs, support editing and regeneration, investigate abuse, and operate the platform. AI-Generated Output
Outputs are created by machine-learning models and may contain mistakes, outdated details, biased wording, or material that is unsuitable for publication. Our AI Disclaimer at scotsolove.com/ai-disclaimer explains these limits. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing, sharing, buying ads for, or sending it to a client.
Intellectual Property
Stellar, its logos, software, code, design systems, workflows, text, interface elements, and platform documentation are owned by STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Stellar intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from the platform except where law clearly permits.
Third-Party Services
Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, analytics providers where enabled, and our AI provider each operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not liable for their services, outages, payment declines, account decisions, model limitations, or policy changes. We may change providers where needed to maintain or improve Stellar.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, abuse of credits, chargeback misuse, or content that creates legal or safety risk. For other terminations, we will give 30 days notice where practicable. After termination, you may lose access to your account, credits, projects, and outputs, except where export or retention is required by law.
Disclaimers
Stellar is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate, complete, lawful, non-infringing, suitable for a particular audience, or fit for any particular purpose. You should keep independent copies of important uploaded material.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Stellar is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 100. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including loss of business, reputation, data, platform reach, advertising spend, or expected revenue.
Indemnification
You will indemnify STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD, its officers, employees, and contractors against claims, losses, costs, damages, and legal fees arising from your content, your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights that cannot be changed by contract.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product, legal requirements, billing model, or provider stack changes. We will give at least 14 days notice of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
