Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-30
Lawful Use
You must comply with all laws, regulations, platform rules, advertising requirements, consumer protection obligations, and intellectual property rules that apply in your jurisdiction when using Stellar. You may use the service only for lawful content creation, editing, review, and publication workflows. You are responsible for the content you upload, the prompts you submit, the outputs you create, and the way you publish or distribute those outputs.
You must not use Stellar to plan, promote, assist, conceal, or profit from illegal activity. We may restrict access where usage creates legal, safety, billing, security, or reputational risk for Stellar, our users, our providers, or the public.
Child Safety
You must not upload, generate, request, edit, store, or share any content that sexualises, exploits, harms, grooms, threatens, or endangers minors. You must not use the platform to identify, contact, manipulate, or harass minors. Any content involving minors must be lawful, appropriate, rights-cleared, and supported by consent from a parent or legal guardian where required.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records, and report suspected child safety violations to law-enforcement agencies or safety organisations where required or permitted by law.
Privacy and Consent
You must not upload footage, images, voice recordings, names, account handles, location data, or other personal data of any person without explicit consent and all rights needed for the intended use. You must hold all necessary permissions before uploading third-party likenesses, private spaces, staff footage, customer footage, influencer material, brand assets, or copyrighted media.
If a person withdraws consent or asks you to remove content, you are responsible for responding lawfully. Stellar may remove content when we receive credible notice that consent, privacy rights, publicity rights, or data protection requirements have not been respected.
Hate, Harassment, and Threats
Content that promotes hatred, dehumanisation, exclusion, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, caste, age, protected veteran status, or another protected characteristic is prohibited. Harassment, doxxing, stalking, targeted humiliation, blackmail, and credible threats are also prohibited.
You may not use Stellar to coordinate harassment campaigns, generate slurs or threats, expose private information, or create content designed to intimidate a person, staff group, creator, customer, competitor, or community.
Fraud and Impersonation
You must not impersonate any individual, business, creator, publication, regulatory body, food-safety authority, rating organisation, payment provider, or government agency. You must not create content designed to deceive consumers, competitors, platforms, sponsors, ad networks, or rights holders.
You must not use false identities, stolen payment methods, fake account data, manipulated receipts, fabricated permissions, or misleading business relationships. You must not imply that Stellar or any third party has endorsed content unless you have clear written permission.
Restaurant-Content Prohibitions
- You must not upload photographs of or generate content about restaurants you have not visited and present them as genuine reviews.
- You must not fabricate dining experiences or invent menu items to mislead consumers.
- You must not create sponsored or promotional content that falsely implies endorsement by Michelin, Yelp, or any other rating organisation, or that fabricates partnerships, awards, or certifications.
- You must not make absolute allergen or food-safety claims such as "zero allergen", "100% gluten-free", or equivalent statements that could mislead consumers with dietary needs.
- You must not use third-party restaurant trademarks, logo designs, or copyrighted menu layouts without written permission from the rights holder.
- You must not impersonate food-safety regulators, environmental health officers, or any government authority.
Platform Abuse
You must not use automated tools to mass-create content, register accounts, harvest outputs, scrape the platform, overload our systems, or interfere with other users. You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, usage metering, content filters, access controls, payment controls, abuse-detection systems, security measures, or provider restrictions.
You must not probe, scan, test, or exploit the platform except through a security programme we expressly authorise in writing. You must not reverse engineer the service, extract model prompts, resell access, or use Stellar to build a competing service.
Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, content removal, project deletion, credit limitation, feature restriction, account suspension, permanent termination, payment review, or refusal of future service. Serious, repeated, or illegal violations may result in immediate action without prior notice. We may also preserve records and cooperate with law-enforcement agencies, regulators, payment networks, rights holders, and safety organisations where required or permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce one violation does not waive our right to enforce this policy later. We may consider context, user history, severity, intent, risk to others, and legal obligations when deciding what action to take.
Reporting Violations
To report a violation, email support@scotsolove.com with the subject line "AUP Violation Report". Include the account, project, URL, output, screenshot, explanation, and any evidence that helps us understand the concern. We may not be able to share investigation details, but we will review credible reports and take appropriate action.
