A generated caption may sound polished while still being inaccurate or unsupported.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD is not liable for downstream platform action, removal, demonetisation, account restriction, third-party claim, reputational harm, lost revenue, legal cost, or other damage arising from your use, publication, distribution, or reliance on AI-generated content.

This disclaimer works together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Licence, and Privacy Policy. If those documents impose a stricter duty on you, the stricter duty applies. Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If you are using Stellar for paid work, advertising, sponsorship, influencer activity, or client deliverables, you should keep your own review notes and approval records. Those records may be important if a platform, client, regulator, or rights holder later asks how a claim was checked.

You should also consider whether a human reviewer with relevant subject knowledge is needed before publishing sensitive, comparative, sponsored, or high-reach content. Stellar does not provide that review as part of automated generation.
