Content Licence

Ownership of Your Uploads

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all content you upload to Stellar, including photographs, video, text, audio, captions, prompts, brand assets, project instructions, and other materials you provide. Uploading content to Stellar does not transfer ownership to STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD. You remain responsible for deciding whether you have the rights, consents, and approvals needed to use the material.

If you upload content on behalf of a client, employer, sponsor, agency, venue, creator, or other rights holder, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that your use of Stellar fits the permissions you received. We do not review every upload for ownership or clearance.

Licence You Grant to Stellar for Processing

By uploading content, you grant STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that content only for operating Stellar and providing the service you request. This licence lets us receive and store your uploads for the purpose of generating AI reels; process uploads through our AI pipeline to create the reels you request; cache uploads and outputs for up to 30 days to enable editing and re-generation; review content as part of anti-abuse, safety, security, and support operations; and extract anonymous, aggregated signals from usage patterns to improve our service.

We do not use identifiable uploaded content for AI model training without your separate explicit consent. If we ever ask for such consent, the request will explain what content is covered, which provider or system is involved, whether withdrawal is possible, and how the choice affects your account.

The processing licence also allows temporary technical copies needed for backups, queues, encoding, transcoding, moderation, and delivery. These copies are limited to operating the service and follow the retention periods described in our policies.

Your Rights in AI-Generated Output

AI reels generated using your uploads are yours to use, share, publish, and commercialise, subject to three important limits. First, you must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy at scotsolove.com/acceptable-use. Second, you must follow the AI Disclaimer at scotsolove.com/ai-disclaimer, including reviewing and verifying outputs before publication. Third, you must independently clear any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, platform, or advertising rights that apply to your source content or output.

Stellar does not guarantee that an AI output is original, non-infringing, suitable for ads, acceptable to every platform, or cleared for every commercial use. You are responsible for your distribution choices and for keeping records that prove the rights you rely on.

Your Warranties

By uploading content, you warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights in the uploaded material; you have obtained all required consents from persons depicted, recorded, named, or otherwise identifiable; you are not infringing third-party intellectual property rights, including restaurant trademarks and menu designs; and the content does not violate any applicable law, court order, platform rule, contract, or Stellar policy.

These warranties apply each time you upload, submit, import, generate, edit, or republish content through Stellar. If your rights change or a permission is withdrawn, you must stop using the affected content and remove it from the platform where required. If you are unsure whether a right is sufficient, you should obtain written permission before upload.

Indemnity for Warranty Breaches

If any third party brings a claim against STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD arising from a breach of your warranties above, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all resulting losses, costs, damages, settlement amounts, reasonable investigation costs, and legal fees. This includes claims based on copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contract, misleading advertising, or unlawful content.

Removal and Deletion

We may remove content that we believe infringes third-party rights, violates our policies, creates safety risk, or exposes Stellar to legal or provider risk. We may remove content with or without prior notice in cases of serious, urgent, or repeated violations. We may also disable generation or sharing features while we review a credible complaint.

You may delete your reels at any time through the platform where the feature is available. Storage systems hard-delete content within 30 days of a deletion request, except where limited retention is required for legal compliance, security, dispute handling, abuse investigation, backups, or payment records.

No Endorsement

Publication of a reel on the Stellar platform does not constitute endorsement by STELLAR RESTAURANTS LTD of any restaurant, dish, brand, person, venue, creator, claim, diet label, safety statement, rating, award, partnership, or promotion contained in the content. You must not imply endorsement by Stellar unless we provide written permission.

You are also responsible for any disclosures required by a sponsor, employer, client, social platform, or advertising rule when you publish or distribute an output.

Survival

Your warranties, your indemnity obligation, and the licence you hold in AI-generated output, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and any third-party rights, survive termination of your account. The processing licence you grant to Stellar ends when it is no longer needed to provide the service, meet retention rules, complete deletion, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
